Most of our holiday
houses are located in Tochni Village,
Governor's Beach, and
Kalavasos right in the center of Cyprus, four to
five km from the beach and midway Larnaca and
Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus. A very
peaceful and pollution free area and yet close to
everything. Limassol tourist area and night life is
just 15 minutes drive!
Tochni Village
is an easy drive from
both Larnaca and Limassol. If you are looking for a
taste of traditional Cyprus with friendly villagers
and modern conveniences, Tochni will suit you
perfectly. It is a beautiful and historic village
set in attractive countryside among flower-strewn
hills. An imposing church sits in the center of the
village which boasts many ancient and historic
buildings as well as excellent restaurants and bars
and a good general store for all your
provisions.
There are activities for visitors of all ages in
the area, including swimming,
fishing,
sea sports,
cycling,
horse riding,
walking in nature
trails or visiting places of interest. The major
tourist center of Limassol, with its busy shopping
areas and night life is only 15 minutes drive away
and easily accessible by car or taxi

Governor's Beach
is located midway
between Larnaca and
Limassol and its sandy beach and
shallow crystal water it's ideal for families with
children, but also for romantic couples.
Apart from it's beautiful sandy beach also offers
the spectacular white rocks area for those who
like snorkeling,
boating,
fishing
or have a nice walk in
one of the many nature trails on the hills near by,
or by the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There
is a grate selection of nice
restaurants where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner
sitting under the trees just a few meters away from
the crystal water.
Cyprus is really a superb choice of holiday
destination. We have around 320 days of sunshine
each year so good weather is almost guaranteed at
any time of year. In March and April the hills and
meadows are transformed with wild flowers and
blossom, by May the gardens are in full bloom and
the sea is warm. The summer months are always hot
and you're unlikely to feel a drop of light rain
until September. The sea is lovely and warm right
through until November.
